APPLE SUPPORT APP HIT THE U.S STORE

The application,Apple support APP as it is fondly called which was debuted last month,November in Netherlands  by apple for Iphones and Mac users let you access schedule appointment, product
documentation, e-mail or schedule call ,chat and many other things.

Apple standalone support app has now hit the  makers U.S app store.The app which is designed in a way that it is personalized to each users of its brand whereby you don't really need to insert all your details like Iphone or Mac model before you can be able to download it(though its not the first app with this features).

This application also make it convenient and easier when one is trying to communicate with a support representative because it wont waste your time trying to figure out your device details.It also aid to get support and product pertaining to apple devices.It also help to communicate with an apple  service expert in your native language and they will also be able to view case history later after session wrap.

Still waiting for the application to be launched in other countries!!
